Roof Repair Smedway sends Roof Repair specialists across Eleva who scope the actual damage, not just the symptom, so you're not paying to fix the same leak twice.
We also keep a written log of what was repaired and where, so if a similar issue crops up later, we already know your Eleva roof's repair history.
We also stand behind every Roof Repair with a written guarantee, so a repair that fails prematurely gets fixed again at no extra charge.
Licensing gets verified before a crew lead is ever assigned to a Eleva job.
Crews carry common repair materials, cutting down on return-trip delays for Eleva calls.
You approve the number, then we start — never the other way around.
We trace leaks to their actual source instead of patching the visible symptom.
Not every leak needs the same fix. Here's what falls under our Roof Repair scope in Eleva.

We reseal and re-flash trouble spots that general contractors often overlook entirely.
A proper leak trace can save a Eleva homeowner from paying for the wrong repair twice.
Every pipe penetration and vent collar gets checked and resealed as part of a full repair visit.
We replace compromised decking boards before laying new underlayment and shingles over the repair area.
We rebuild ridge lines to shed water properly instead of just resealing over a failing cap.
We keep the Roof Repair process short on purpose — most repair calls don't need a multi-visit ordeal to get resolved.
A Roof Repair technician arrives on-site, usually within 24 to 48 hours for standard calls.
We inspect the damage, trace any leak to its source, and hand you a written quote on the spot.
We don't consider a Roof Repair finished until the actual leak source is resolved.
